Speaking Activities

1. British council

Here we have an activity explained for the students that use the web page British council: https://learnenglishteens.britishcouncil.org/skills/speaking/elementary-a2-speaking/talking-about-your-family

Process:

• The teacher presents the second part of the video taken from (https://learnenglishteens.britishcouncil.org/skills/speaking/elementary-a2-speaking/talking-about-your-family).Then the teacher will assign two volunteers randomly.
• The participants will take the role of "Sam" and he or she must interact with "Jack" using the dialogue window that appears in the video. Suitable for the A2 level.

2. British council

Process:

-First, the teacher presents a video of a conversation between two boys about some family members.

-Then the teacher will send a link of a shared document to the students (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rO0cQ8v74y75qVtoOi7sBXqRt9OEbb0v74hhNnh9Ce4/edit). This link is to complete an activity.

-Each students must enter the link and use it.

-The ss will be able to see in the British Council app the video (Talk about members of family https://learnenglishteens.britishcouncil.org/skills/speaking/elementary-a2-speaking/talking-about-your-family).

-As evidence, ss will share their screen to show the teacher the activity carried out.

-First teacher will send a link to the ss (https://es.lyricstraining.com/ en). -This link is about the Lyriststreining app. 

- The teacher will share the screen to her ss to indicate how the application is used.

-Each ss must enter the application and use it. 

-The ss will be able to practice in this application the lesson "Simple Past" with the song (Set fire to the rain) in the Lyriststreining app. 

-As evidenced the ss will send a screenshot to the teacher of her final score.
